Every order placed with TRUSSWORX is important to us. All stocked orders will be delivered within 48 hours of placing an order during normal business hours. Excludes Public Holidays.

Customers will be notified by our staff when an order is placed that requires items to be ordered in resulting in a longer delivery times.

Once an order has been processed and picked the customer will be notified by Email, so you know your order is ready for delivery.

Access to site must be made available prior to your delivery arriving on site. Access must be on ground level, unless pre-arranged otherwise, no items obstructing the way or the drop zone.

We reserve the right to charge a turn away fee if the driver arrives at site and is unable to unload the order, or if a customer turns the delivery away due to change of mind.
